Training & Experience

Dr. Nelson’s background in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery gave him extensive training in nasal surgery and facial plastic surgery. This early exposure to complex reconstructive techniques provided a strong foundation in facial anatomy, precision, and aesthetics — skills that now shape his approach to cosmetic procedures.

For several years, he practiced as a head and neck surgeon before pursuing his passion for cosmetic surgery. He went on to complete a cosmetic surgery fellowship at Tulsa Surgical Arts under the mentorship of renowned surgeon Dr. Angelo Cuzalina, where he developed advanced skills in facial rejuvenation, breast surgery, and body contouring. His surgical acumen, attention to detail, and devotion to patient care led to an invitation to join Tulsa Surgical Arts after completing his fellowship.
